I'kiia Home Furnishing is an active and experienced crafting and trading guild currently looking for more sellers & crafters! We have a large focus on the housing and crafting portion of the game, so we spend a lot of time decorating and crafting furnishings; we have many experienced furniture crafters and decorators, with a large catalogue from which to build from! Many of our members have an open-door policy on their homes and allow people to use their crafting stations, transmutation stations, and mundus stones, along with just holding tours and looking for decorating advice.
But we don't focus ONLY on housing! We also hold weekly raffles, giveaways, and auctions with varying lots of all kinds. We have a large, active playerbase that's always willing to lend a hand and help out new players, and our Discord includes a gold-making, crafting, and DPSing guide for our members to hone their skills and sales. We're also a great way to find groups for dungeons, pledges, trials, and sometimes hold groups for skyshard hunting and world boss kills. And when it comes to crafting, we have many master crafters who are willing to help with a few research items here and there to get people on the right track.

We have a 10-day Inactivity Policy by default that we will be enforcing within the guild, with extended inactivity periods reflecting your rank within the guild. While we have no hard requirements on deposits or sales (and we're trying to keep it that way), the guild does reserve the right to remove the players that fall within the bottom 5% of sales/donations in a 10-day period. The guild offers many resources and services, so it's important to the health of the guild that we retain more active, contributing players. Those who do not meet the minimum requirements are subject to removal.
